Finance Support Specialist
Provide daily support to branch team members regarding support requests.
Support requests range from booking loans, collecting and posting payments, daily balancing and closeout issues, etc.
Troubleshoot and log resolutions for incoming support requests. Analyze and instruct team members to make corrections.
Work as a partner of the support team to provide timely responses to trouble tickets.
Troubleshoot software issues that may result from programming issues.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Communicate with all levels of management
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Planning and organizing
Proficiency in MS Office produts, including Word, Excel, and Access.
1 year experience in a loan office or CONSUMER FINANCE branch
Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
