Benefits Coordinator

Our client in Woburn, MA is looking for a temporary Benefits Coordinator for
6-8 weeks. Mon-Fri, Salary can be up to $30.00 per/hr based on experience

Our client, a 3rd party insurance company is in need of a temporary Benefits Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, including benefits coordination, payroll. He/she will be flexible, patient, motivated and well rounded. The ideal candidate organized, detail oriented, and is able to multi-task. You be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

??? Provide new employees with an explanation of benefits and instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
??? Administrate COBRA, LOAs, FMLA usage and other issues as required by our in-house regulations and legal requirements
??? Assist employee with enrolling in medical, dental and vision insurance plans
??? Inform employees of changes to the benefits structure
??? Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators
??? Consult with employees about eligibility and other issues
??? Review payroll deductions
??? Be I-9 complaint
??? Process enrollments quickly and accurately

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

--Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems (ADP a Plus)
--Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communications
--Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite

--High school diploma/GED required
--3 - 5 years' experience in HR with benefits experience
