Global consulting company has a need for candidates interested in answering telephone inquiries related to 401K, benefits and/or insurance. Responsible for researching and resolving issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in customer service or finance.
Handling requests in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard processes and procedures is required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5 weeks of paid training is provided.
Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be good at multi-tasking
There is opportunity to go permanent with the client.
There is a cafe onsite for use during breaks.
While not required, there is opportunity for overtime in this position.
Looking for good communication skills, strong work ethic and dedicated candidates that have some flexibility between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday thru Friday. Schedules will be set in advance.
This is a full-time position with the option of going permanent.
