Aston, PA - Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their Customer Service and Project Management departments. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity within a growing company! The customer service representative will be responsible for direct communication with clients, gathering information regarding customer needs, responding to phone calls and emails, assisting with project management, and making up mailing documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $13-14/hour.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
-Minimum of two years customer service experience
-Proven customer service and follow up skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, typing at a minimum of 40 WPM
