Office Manager

Randstad is currently seeking an Office Manager for a reputable Marketing company located in St. Petersburg, FL.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/ HR
St. Petersburg, FL 33711

This position will be supporting the management team and overall office administration at the Contact Center. The ideal candidate will be an organized, reliable, articulate professional with the ability to meet deadlines and build strong relationships with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:

-Providing administrative and reception support to the Contact Center leadership team
-Coordinating management team calendars and conference room needs for trainings, meetings, etc.
-Support the internal relationship with our client services team
-Support the external relationships with our clients and vendors
-Plan, schedule and successfully execute a variety of scheduled events, including client/vendor visits, job fairs, focus groups, corporate town halls and employee training and recognition events
-Managing internal technology and facility security access to programs and facility
-Ensuring proper office supply levels are maintained
-Coordinating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
-Compile business analytics, including monthly reports, client billing summaries, and agent performance reviews
-Preparing quarterly business reports for client services team.
-Reconcile and submit contact center accounts payable expense reports and receipts
-Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience and Education:

-3+ years of administrative management experience in a sales or customer service environment
-High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Must possess a strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong project management and/or event planning skills
-Direct sales or vendor management experience a plus
-Experience and proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
-Ability to work a 40+ hours, flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
