They are looking for a motivated, professional, and reliable individual assist for a short-term role on their administrative team.
Short Term assignment June 28th-July 6th, covering reception for a large financial services Company
Handle incoming phone calls and reception duties
Transfer incoming calls to appropriate recipients, handle incoming meetings and directing to correct internal locations
Maintain conference room schedules and coordinate with management for any ad hoc responsibilities
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Ability to Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor to incoming guests
Good computer skills, ability to learn new programs
Phone and customer service skills
Previous Receptionist experience
MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with a multi-line phone system
