We have an immediate temp-to-perm opening with a national company that's sole focus is woodworking supplies! They are in search of a Customer Service/Administrative blend that will be computer focused, handling invoicing, maintaining delivery conformations, handling inbound/outbound calls, handling written and email communications on behalf of the business! You will be responsible to complete an IQ test from the client. Your environment will be relaxed and initially include a week or so hands-on training to get you up to speed!
*Handling all inbound/outbound calls
*Organizing payment receipts/bills to customers
*Communicating with clients to ensure proper delivery
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*IQ Test Completed with passing score
*Computer Savvy - Expert with Internet, Microsoft Outlook
*Experience with handling inbound/outbound calls
*Expert verbal and written communication skills
*Administrative Experience Preferred
*Customer Service Experience Preferred
*P21 Experience MAJOR plus
