Facilities Administration Specialist On Call
We are looking for coverage a couple of days here and there.
Be the welcoming face of LogMeIn to our visitors and employees, create the first impression atmosphere that positively impacts all who enter our doors.
This is a hybrid role that performs traditional reception duties as well as administrative and facilities support to the local and global Office Teams.
What will you own?
Responsible for the front office experience, striving to provide an engaging hospitality-like experience for our employees and guests
Greet and check-in visitors; ensure that appropriate escorts are provided for guests, and ensure all non-LogMeIn employees are properly logged in the registration system and assigned a ??Visitor?? badge
Manage and maintain visitor registration system, proactively educate employees that do not regularly use the system
Responsible for managing and monitoring building conference room occupancy via outlook, accepts or declines requests for first floor meeting spaces
Creatively bring new surprises that bring a sense of fun to our entry spaces
Responsible for the first floors overall appearance, ensures all space are neat clean and presentable at all times
Coordinate with our external partners to help keep our colleagues and building happy:
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our land lord
Place orders for office supplies, and non consumable supplies
Coordinate logistics for internal catering needs for trainings and Executive meetings
Contact vendors directly to schedule proper maintenance, service and repairs for our internal, coffee, water and ice systems.
Help to address and remedy any building challenges (lighting, temperature, etc.)
Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, Fed Ex and package distribution
Log and properly queque incoming support requests in the ticketing system
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Possess an all-star attitude, and naturally elevates the spirits of those around you
Proven experience maintaining a collaborative space and inspiring others to do the same
A self-starter, you believe yourself to be creative, fun, good humored and approachable
A quick thinker with an excellent work ethic who can adapt and rapidly shift gears as needed
Articulate- strong verbal and written communication skills, with both internal customers and external vendors

Able and willing to do some heavy lifting (rearrange furniture, move boxes)
