Immediate need for an Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire position in Germantown, WI. This career B2B position has hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and starting pay at $18.00-$18.50 per hour.
-Enter order transactions
-Expedite shipments and returns
-Resolve payment and invoices inquires
-Investigate and resolve order and tracking issues
-Research product and application requests
-Maintain reports for statistical information
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
-3+ years of recent professional CSR experience-in a B2B order-entry environment required, manufacturing or distribution-industry also a requirement
-Excellent verbal and written communication ability
-Microsoft Office experience required
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu
