Administrative Assistant Intermediate level
Randstad is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for an opening in the Charleston area. This position is ideal for someone with a minimum 2 - 3 years of experience working as a Receptionist, Front Desk, Counter Person, or Office Assistant.
This position entails:
Answering multi-line phone system.
Greeting visitors and customers and directing them to the appropriate location.
Learning product knowledge.
Assisting with general office duties.
Performing basic office assisting tasks using Microsoft Office.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Professional demeanor and presence, in person and over the phone.
