Reservation/ Quality Assurance Specialilst
Resolves customer issues without escalating calls to a higher level of support.
Performs outbound calls to assist potential guests, owners and members with activating reservations and confirming their arrival information.
Updates reservations system with detailed notes regarding all guest information and reservations that the agent is responsible for.
Processes cancellations and reimburses payment when necessary. Provides accurate and comprehensive answers to customer questions for all products and services provided by the company.
Responsible for accurate data entry. Responsible for recovering packages attempting to cancel.
Position takes incoming calls from customers regarding the company's service.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 12:00 AM
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 yrs call center or customer service experience.
Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Schedule varies between 7:30am and Midnight.
Must be open to working any day Monday - Sunday.
