Records Clerk

***Fortune 500 innovative medical technology company has an urgent need for a skilled Records Clerk***


  • Work in the Quality Document Control department.
  • Assists in maintaining Quality hardcopy and electronic database files
  • Provides general support in the review and division of quality data, scanning of incoming DHR and PHF data, and tracking and archival of quality data being shipped to offsite storage.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment


  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
  • Quality and GMP experience is a plus.
  • Agile and Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Ability to enforce corporate standards and procedures in accordance with governing guidelines.
