Our client in Lynn, is looking for a permanent Sales Support person, Mon - Fri Salary is $55K

The Sales Planner will acts as the internal liaison between National Account Sales Managers and Regional Foodservice Directors and the cross-functional internal teams, bringing all resources together to successfully deliver the strategic growth plans of the organization.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal liaison between channel specific direct sales force and internal cross-functional teams.
Assist sales leaders in measurement of prospective opportunities, passing through segmentation filters, forecasting against hurdle rates and building project briefs aligned for mutual success.
Monitor and maintain sales Risk & Opportunity pipelines, proactively seeking updates from the field, preparing reports for management reviews and communicating key wins to the organization.
Support sales team through development of customized sales presentations including compelling, data driven sales analysis and market insights.
Coordinates and tracks efforts surrounding new projects between feasibility approval and commercial launch, effectively and proactively communicating progress or concerns against timeline.
Regularly analyze customer specific sales performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for growth and potential areas of concern.
Perform quarterly analysis on all product launches, measuring performance against original brief and reporting results to management team.
Coordinate sample shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product and corresponding presentation materials for key account meetings and product cuttings.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High level of professionalism, building strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional teams.
Strong understanding of food industry and market dynamics
Enthusiasm, versatility and willingness to manage constantly changing priorities while adhering to both long priorities and short-term deadlines
Passionate about food and finding solutions to the business needs of our customers
Motivated by contributing to the overall success of the team
Obsessive attention to detail

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
BS required in business, marketing or related field
Minimum three years Sales, Sales Planning and/or Marketing experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the food industry.
Proven analytical skills with ability to navigate and build MS Excel databases
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years in professional office environment, preferably in the food industry
