Operations Billing Specialist
The Randstad in the Cumberland/Vinings area is looking for a customer service associate/operations billing specialist. This is a temporary position lasting ~14 weeks, working 8 AM to 5 PM, and is paying approximately $24/hour.
The Customer Service Associate will primarily be responsible for ad hoc reporting and billing data clean up via SalesForce. The associate will also be responsible for providing support for the Sales team on billing related matters. The associate is responsible for administrative and clerical services ensuring data is accurately maintained. Other responsibilities include assisting with documentation of department procedures, reporting, and other projects as needed.

In this position, the associate will assist in the achievement of strategic operational advances and exhibits comfort in handling multiple customer billing related matters and issues. They will also exhibit a very high comfort level with intermediate to advanced Excel reporting to assist with our current billing conversion project(s).
--Audit contracts and customer agreements for accuracy and compliance.
--Review / Maintain accuracy of customer accounts and sales opportunities in SalesForce.
--Create custom ad hoc reports in Sales Force at management request.
--Ability to work in ambiguous situations when facing situations that are unstructured and require original approaches.
--Comfortable in participative problem solving environments.
--Demonstrates good analytical, customer service, and communication skills while demonstrating high ethical standards.
--Self-Motivated and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
--Previous experience working in a fast paced billing and customer oriented role.
--Assist with special projects upon request.
--Resolve and communicate customer billing inquiries between field reps and management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience, Education, and Abilities:
--Significant experience with billing systems, reporting, and PCI compliance with multiple funding methods

--Employee is regularly required to talk and interact with customers and internal / external employees
--Employee is frequently required to answer inbound and make outbound calls for customer billing inquiries / collections related matters.
