Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a temporary to permanent HR Assistant to join a growing team in West Chester, PA.
Responsibilities will include:
-Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
-Answer and respond to phone calls.
-Set up new hire files and new hire paperwork.
-Post open positions
-Process background checks and additional screenings
-Organize and update applications and on-boarding paperwork
-Handle benefits administration as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-At least 2 years working in a human resources capacity
-Ability to handle a fast paced, high volume position
-Ability to effectively multi-task
-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
