Customer Service Intermediate level

This role is responsible for specific aspects of our Service after Sales and Spare Parts Departments.

-This role is responsible for managing the spare part inquiries and orders for End Consumers, Consumer
Relations Team, and Repair Centers. Candidate will be providing insight and assisting the Procurement
representative with monitoring the forecast of spare part purchasing. Candidate will be responsible for
ensuring all spare part orders are allocated and fulfilled daily. Candidate wills also assist in training,
managing, and maintaining our Repair Portal on a daily basis. Candidate must become familiar with our
Mobile Sales Spare Parts ordering process.

-This role is also responsible for monitoring and assisting with our Social Media issues and assuring any
escalations are resolved.

Responsibilities:
Repair Center Spare Parts Assistance
o Assists with spare parts research and inquiries from Authorized/Non-Authorized repair centers and different
SAS Regions. Assures spare parts orders are processed through completely and addresses any open order
issues.

ReverseLogix Repair Portal
o Assists with the daily management and necessary training of RL Repair Portal ?? will directly assist Repair
Centers, Stores, and Consumer Relations teams

Social Media
o Monitoring Social Media alerts and pages. This includes distributing tasks to Consumer Relations and
Website Customer Service teams and updating SharePoint with progress and resolution notes. Representative
will handle escalated situations directly.

Warranty Repair Invoicing
o Via RL Repair Portal, review, approve, and submit Warranty Repair Invoices to AP weekly

Order Management
o Assures their spare parts orders are processed through completely and addresses any open order issues.

International Spare Parts Shipments
o Places International parts order via Luggin and assists Spare Parts Floor team in arranging Consumer/Misc.
Customers shipments upon arrival in US

CyberSource Credit Card Management
o Charging of Credit Cards via CyberSource for Spare Parts Orders.

Mobile Sales Audit and Management
o Regularly reviews data in Mobile Sales Spare Parts Portal to assure accuracy and updates are performed as
needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Familiar with Social Media communications
- Excellent Phone Skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Superior communication skills as the role requires the creation of extremely detailed e-mails, ensuring numerous internal and
external contacts are knowledgeable on spare part updates

Qualifications:
o High school diploma required; Bachelor??s degree preferred
o High level knowledge in Microsoft Excel: including Pivot tables and V-Lookup
o Self-manage and prioritize workloads that will change rapidly
o Self-starter who is extremely detail oriented, organized, focused, can multi-task and can work well with a team
o Problem resolution skills required
o Position is non-exempt and requires a working schedule of Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch and 2-15 min
breaks.
