Office Manager

The office manager will be be instrumental in growing the Los Angeles branch. This individual will welcome visitors to the branch and must have great communication, phone and email skills. The office manager will also manage all on-site staff.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers and vendors.
Facilitate day-to-day operations of the branch.
Manage the on-site staff.
Track expenses.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must be very organized and customer focused.
Attention to detail and time management skills are important

Qualifications:
2 years management experience
At least 2 years office administrative experience or 5 years administrative assistant
Automotive experience a plus
