Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $17 - $18.18
Start Date: 6/25 (ASAP)
Location: 1305 W 23rd St Tempe AZ United States 85282
Duration: Temp to Hire 0-6 Months
Training: OTJ (Side by Side)
Schedule: 830pm - 5pm M-F There is overtime (at this point could be daily based on the caseload)
??? Analyzing and responding to customer complaints (Typically through written letter)
??? There are multiple systems being used
??? They need strong analytical and written skills.
??? They will have some (albeit minimal) customer contact over the phone. Customers they do talk with will likely be escalated complaint type situations.
??? Responsible for responding to escalated inquiries and complaints requiring special handling.
??? Resolves escalated issues/problems that have been forwarded by the management committee members and/or business chain of command.
??? Minimal customer contact over the phone
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
--Communicating with other departments to resolve escalated issues
--Having similar authorities as first tier supervisors to make override decisions
--Resolving the most complex customer inquiries and complaints
--Processing complex transactions on-line; performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems
--Referring recommendations exceeding authority levels and/or items unable to meet resolution to top level management for review.
--Advanced verbal and writing skills
--4+ years customer service experience
