Our client is a leader in the agriculture industry, and they are seeking an administrative assistant to work at their Stonington, IL production facility. If you are passionate about doing office/administrative work and have previous experience as an administrative/office assistant, then this may be the ideal job for you.
This is a long-term, 12-month temporary assignment. It is full-time, 40 hours/week. Requires flexibility to work some overtime during peak periods.
You will meet and greet guests, and answer incoming calls
You will assist office staff with clerical tasks that may include payroll related tasks, processing invoices, Excel spreadsheets
You will assist in keeping the office tidy and office supplies stocked
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Some college preferred; high school diploma or GED required
Previous office experience (0-3 years)
MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; PPt helpful)
Customer Service / Team player
