Our client, a prestigious law firm in Montgomery County, is looking for a Paralegal to join their growing team for a permanent opportunity!
The responsibilities for the position are as follows:
Draft correspondence, such as summonses, pleadings, discovery requests and motions
Conduct various document searches and legal research
Investigate and research information including property records and information regarding zoning hearings
File and organize legal documents and pleadings
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
All qualified candidate should possess the following:
5+ years of experience working in a law firm
Experience with Municipal law
Experience with Real Estate Law nice to have
Paralegal Certification, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ProLaw or other case-management software required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
