As the Marketing Manager/ Work Acquisition Specialist for this innovative leader in the construction industry, you will play a vital role in the company's success. You will be working directly with a team that delivers superior results and will set yourself up with a very rewarding career path with the company.

Responsibilities:
-Lead efforts to produce winning responses to RFQ/Ps and participate in interview strategy and develop presentations to secure new work
-Initiate collaboration with operations/leadership and business development to clearly define value proposition and address specific project and/or client hot-buttons/concerns/challenges in strategic pursuits-Prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent assignments to deliver materials that communicate clearly defined messages, quality, and branding, while production and delivery deadlines are met
-Work closely with marketing colleagues and coordinate with operations, estimating, leadership, and business development teams to manage timelines for production and packaging of final submissions, handouts, agendas, boards, presentations
-Partner with Corporate Marketing on communication, branding, PR, and general marketing initiatives (award submittals, collateral/brochures, advertising, social media, announcements, newsletter, blog, etc.)
-Stay abreast of new and current trends by attending industry programs and representing firm within local A/E/C community, as well as at strategic local business functions and events
-Additional duties that are required for the success of the business

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
-Proven ability to initiate work, make strategic decisions, and follow through to meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
-Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
-Excellent writing skills and strong design sense with a high level of creativity
-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
-BS/BA with concentration in marketing, business, or communications preferred
-4-7 years in marketing within A/E/C industries strongly preferred
-Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
