HR Support Representative
We have many openings in the Brooklyn Park area for one of the largest well known organizations in Minnesota for HR Support Representatives. This position will be acting as the liaison between internal employees and their corporate team, answering questions in regards to benefits, payroll, internal policies and procedures. This position will require high attention to detail, ability to work with multiple systems, strong customer service ability, an Associates Degree or higher. This position will be a contract position for 4-7 months with the possibility to be hired on permanently, Monday - Friday either 7:45am - 4;15pm or 8:45am - 5:15pm and will offer $15.80/hr.
Handle inbound calls for HR related questions
Resolving internal employees questions
Learn and utilize new technology to solve problems using all available resources
Adapt to changing business needs
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Associates degree or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving ability
Strong computer efficiency
Dependable and strong work ethic
