Accounts Payable Specialist
A growing organization in the East Bay Area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support of the Accounting Department
Process full cycle, high volume accounts payable including coding, batching, and processing invoices
Talking to vendors and customers on the phone and via email, providing excellent customer service
Processing high volume of invoices
Maintaining accurate filing system
Ensuring all work is compliant with company procedures
Adhere to basic accounting concepts
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong communication/organizational skills
1+ years of accounts payable experience
Ability to work independently as well as with the team
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to multi task
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
