Pharmacy Customer Service Representative
Our client in SE Portland is looking to fill multiple positions for their Prescription Services Call Center. This is a company with great opportunity for growth, and is very invested in providing their employees with a positive work culture! Your first day would be August 7th.
The position starts $13.00/hr and is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. If/when hired by the company pay will increase to $15/hr.
Our client is looking for Spanish speaking candidates as well!

Please note this is a temp-to-hire position with an emphasis on hiring! The goal is to get you through the pharmacy tech. licensing program within 3-6 months (there is an application fee involved) so you can increase your hourly wage ($15/hr) and obtain a generous benefits package (3 weeks paid vacation, 4 personal days and accumulated sick time along with health coverage). This is a start to a career as a Pharmacy Technician and they want to support you in your pursuit.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fielding inbound customer calls
- Order tracking
- Placing mail orders
- Checking customer order status
- Data entry
- 2-3+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1-2 years of Call Center Experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
- High School equivalent
