Call Center Representative Inbound

--Assist customers with incoming phone call requests
--Answer invoice/billing questions
--Resolve delivery discrepancies
Working hours: 10:45 AM - 7:30 PM
-- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
-- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
-- Intermediate computer skills
--High school diploma or equivalent
--Must be authorized to work in the USA.
--Willingness to learn
--Reliable team player
--Clean criminal background check 10 years
--Clean drug screen 10 panel
