Global Sales Administrator
We are currently looking for a PART-TIME Global Sales Administrator for a leading HVAC company.
--Assist in providing customer service to international affiliates including order processing & management, shipment coordination, and document creation and validation.
--Responsible for limited order preparation, order entry, order management, management of order delivery process, shipment planning, and documentation.
--Manages daily orders including tracking product availability and replenishment to ensure high level of customer service.
--Arranges Ocean or Air international shipments, including export procedure compliance and documentation to adhere to global trade standards.
--Manages weekly order update to international affiliates.
--Prepares and manages submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.
--Creates and manages freight quotations for international shipments.
--Audit and approve freight invoices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--General Ocean and Air Freight overseas shipment knowledge is required.
--Has experience with processes and regulations related to import and export shipments.
--Must be able to research tariff and paperwork requirements for international distribution.
--Knowledge of international requirements related to trade and documentation.
--Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
--Skilled in working with customers, including international entities.
--Able to effectively use Microsoft Office, database applications and related technologies.
--Effective verbal and written communication.
--Able to set priorities, organize work, participate on a team and often resolves problems with direction.
Contract Length: 4-6 months may be extended depending on performance
Hours per week: 25 hours / week
