Duration: 1 year assignment
Pay Rate: $24.40 per hour. Full time, on-site, W-2 position.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will be performing administrative tasks to support the Real Estate University team. You will be managing email requests and questions, calendar updates/entries, reporting, and serve as a back up to other support team members.
- Coordinate all aspects of classroom-based training efforts to including working to schedule sessions, maintain roster accuracy, providing rosters to facilitators, setting up room prior to classes, breaking down classroom after classes, checking availability and scheduling rooms.
- Performs comprehensive administrative duties in support of the department under minimal supervision, to include handling of highly confidential and time sensitive materials/information.
- Provides information in support of complex requests for department projects, programs, and/or events. Supports development and modification of presentations and may create some presentations independently.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, data retrieval, word processing, and presentation software the includes Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat
Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
