Office Manager

Looking for an Office Manager for the Fredericksburg area. This would be a temp to permanent position.

Responsibilities:
Recording payments received from customers in QuickBooks and Excel.
Depositing checks into bank using remote check deposit machine.
Entering monthly customer information into government online system.
Monthly auditing of customer accounts to determine if any are delinquent.
Maintaining vehicle maintenance schedules and scheduling vehicles for routine service.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
Records Management and Filing experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bookkeeping experience preferred

Qualifications:
Some sales may be required
