job description


Position is responsible for answering calls, greeting customers over the phone or at the front desk of an office. Also responsible for general clerical and administrative functions including mail distribution, supply ordering, and filing. Will also be assisting with scheduling appointments, managing calendars and creating invoices.

Meeting and greeting clients.
Booking meetings.
Arranging couriers.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing post.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1 - 3 years of experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
