Provide professional administrative support
Prepare, maintain and manage closings
Process incoming Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale
Review applications for completeness. Obtain additional information if necessary.
Help prepare weekly reports and other departmental projects as needed.
Maintain and file applicant information.
Create Notice of Sale to be published
Schedule vendor posting
Schedule attendees for upcoming sales
Follow up for proof of publication and invoice
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Must be comfortable in a fast paced, team driven environment
Must be able to multitask and routinely switch mindset to other ad hoc projects
Experience in the Title or Real Estate Industry is preferred but not required
