Medical Customer Service Representative
Perform general patient access and registration duties such as, answer telephones, make appointments, maintain provider templates and appointment schedules, verify patient demographics and insurance coverage.
??? Patient Access and Registration: Answer phones. Perform appointment making processes
??? Complete accurate patient registration, such as, verification of patient demographics and payor coverage
??? Perform check-in, check-out, admit and discharge tasks
??? Communicate with patients via multiple channels
??? Process appropriate items in the patient, claim edit and charge review work queues
??? Perform manual service capture and data entry
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Minimum 1 year direct relevant experience
--Previous Call Center experience preferred
A Data Entry, Typing Test and completion of a questionnaire is required for this position. Candidates must be able to complete testing within required time frame in order to be considered.
