The receptionist position is an entry-level position with the primary responsibilities being answering phones, greeting customers and cashiering.
-Answer phones and greet customers with friendly and courteous attitude.
-Manage all postal needs.
-Track and reconcile Fleetcharge and MVP accounts, handle all disputes, send bi-weekly reports.
-Compile previous day receipts: credit card batch, checks, and cash. Turn in to Office Clerk.
-Take supply inventory bi-monthly and re-order.
-Assist customers, office staff and other employees with various things as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Outgoing personality able to thrive in a high stress environment.
-Takes pride in work and pays attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is desirable.
-Attention to detail and thoroughness.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Ability to multitask.
