Corporate Facilities Move Administrator

An immediate opening exists with our prestigious financial client in the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management department. The Move Administrator/Coordinator will assist with the review and screen the accuracy of facility move requests from department contacts in PA, NC, and AZ. Support and help maintain a move calendar/plan based on the capacity of resources/vendor partners. Process moves (categories to be defined) into the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System). Support the dispatch process of moves to ensure quality outcomes in the field. Learn the move process (end to end) and recommend solutions (where applicable). Coordinate with external and interdepartmental partners as needed based on move activities. Provide guidance, support as needed to the crew/requestors regarding facilities procedures and processes as needed. Contribute to ensuring move policies are accurate and progressive with enterprise workplace changes.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ability to work both independently but also has experience working in teams
Proven time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Solid problem resolution skills
Minimum of two years of project and/or operational experience with daily/weekly deadlines
Experience with FM (Facilities Management) specific applications and/or aptitude for learning new applications
