Our client is seeking a Receptionist with 2-3 years experience that is recent. This role requires experience with basic excel-spreadsheet creation, data entry, heavy filing and answering and redirecting calls. The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude as they will also behandling any walk in clients with questions, concerns and or inquiries. Experience with Conference meeting set up would be ideal but, not required.
Handling all front office duties
Answering inbound and making outbound calls to clients
redirecting customers both face to face and over the phone
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Recent 2-3 years Front office or Receptionist experience.
