Local Cherry Creek company is looking to bring on someone FULL TIME for a billing coordinator role. Awesome opportunity at an amazing company. Benefits included!
Starting pay: $17-20/hour
Admin responsibilities such as ordering kitchen and office supplies
Answering the main billing line and answering questions in a timely manner
Keeping up with the billing emails and making sure each email is responded to and completed
Processing payments and making bank deposits
Taking in about 1200 invoices a month, processing them and entering them into quickbooks
Completing any other admin duties that the manager assigns
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Problem solving skills
Microsoft Word and Excel
Attention to detail is key
3+ years experience in billing is preferred but not required
Collections or AR experience is a plus
Finance or accounting degree is preferred but not a must have
