Office Manager

Do you consider yourself to be the goto person of an office? Are you good with numbers? A top construction company based in NYC is seeking an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join this dynamic and fast growing team!
Responsibilities:
-Perform basic administrative duties as required
-Coordinate with project managers and field employees
-Handle basic acconting operations
-Assist with daily operations as business may dictate
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Must be well organized and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Must possess strong communication skills with ability to multitask
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and knowledge of APD/Paychex
-MS Suite experience required
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of administrative and accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred
-Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
