Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located in the Austin TX area. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need qualified Healthcare Customer Service Representative Candidates to help the business continue to grow! Schedule may vary based on needs of business (hours of Operation M-F 7am- 7pm CST)
Receives requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status.
?? Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets notifications to determine most effective response.
?? Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.
?? Performs verbal authorization of allowable content and communicates to processing.
?? Performance determined on many factors including phone metrics and quality assurance scores.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Experience in customer service, call center environment required
- Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner
- Time Management
- 2+ years' call center
?? High School Diploma or equivalent required
?? Associates Degree preferred
