Our client in Santa Monica is looking for an inside sales representative to educate families about stem cell processing and storage service. This is a full-time position Direct Hire Opportunity.
Working hours are from Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm Annual Salary up to $50,000.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
-Work with sales team to increase domestic enrollments
-Achieve measurable increase in domestic enrollments related to inside sales activities including but not limited to telephone calls, client information packets, and provider (doctor) boxes
-Engage clients and coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner at all times; contribute to a positive work environment that is focused on TEAM and individual achievement
-Achieve individual call metrics with emphasis on making outbound calls (outreach program) to potential and existing clients as well as handling inbound sales calls as a result of marketing programs
-Achieve monthly enrollment goals for stem cell clients
-Maintain client and provider files information in the database; update data in their region as necessary
-Act as the single-point-of-contact for clients, physician offices and educators to build/maintains relationships; write thank-you notes when appropriate
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to maintain confidentiality
-Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Must be able to attend trade show events (Sat/Sun) as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years related sales experience and/or training
-Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and ability to learn custom systems such as Microsoft NAV, FileMaker and others as needed
