Call Center Representative Inbound
This is an exciting temp to hire Sales opportunity, with commission bonuses. Once licensed, handle primarily inbound calls with the overarching goal on enrolling customers into a health plan. Outbound calls will also need to be made to follow up and close the sale and also call on marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities.
-Sell health insurance products to individual consumers in a call center environment:
-Support both inbound and outbound calls to consumer prospects through market driven and client campaigns.
-Ensure all customers are warmly greeted, their needs are assessed quickly and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information or tools to address their needs.
-Analyze prospect needs and match to product solutions.
-Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes; present alternatives, etc.
-Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well developed interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
1 year of Call Center or Sales experience is required.
Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
