Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a supply-chain technology start-up, is looking for a Customer Support Representative for their Mountain View, CA location. They have roughly 250 employees at this location in which they service companies involved in manufacturing, production, and logistics. They are looking for people who can handle a fast paced environment, can thoroughly understand their product, and takes the steps necessary to thoroughly build a relationship with each customer. This is a temporary position with potential for extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting Team in scheduling interviews, communications relating to meetings, conference calls, and invitations
- Effectively manage the recruiting calendar, and deliverables
- Manage job postings and open requisitions
- Work with all members of the HR team to efficiently move candidates through the interviewing process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board
- Assist with the filing and organizing recruiting information
- Handle general administrative duties and special projects with constantly moving priorities
- Network to identify referrals
- Maintain applicant database
- Handle special projects as assigned
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-3 years of recruiting coordination or complex calendar management experience
- Must be able to handle high volume complex and extensive scheduling
- Exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have solid typing and communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly and approachable
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must be a self-starter, able to effectively prioritize
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Temporary to Hire Position
- Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00 pm
- $30/hr - $32/hr
