Technical Support Representative
If you're a reliable, customer service oriented person with previous experience working in a call center, we have a great position for you! We're hiring for some inbound call center representative roles to work for our client in the WDM area! These positions offer an extensive amount of growth opportunity within a successful, growing company. You will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of technical and billing issues, and will work in a supportive, collaborative environment!
Individuals in this position will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Answering inbound calls
- Trouble shooting for customer issues
- Processing over the phone payments
- Problem solving on a regular basis
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
We're seeking candidates who have the following experience:
- NEED at least one year of longevity in last position
- NEED previous experience working in a call center or regularly on the phones
- PREFERRED bilingual (we pay a higher rate for Spanish speaking candidates!)
