Business Development Representative
Our client is looking for an organized self-starter to fill their Business Development Representative (BDR) roles in our efforts to generate interest, develop leads, and increase market share. In conjunction with sales leadership, marketing, and product management, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating, developing, and qualifying new leads for the sales organization through telephone, email, and product launch campaigns. We need motivated team players to achieve a target number of qualified leads monthly and annually, set forth by sales leadership.
Research prospective organizations to identify key stakeholders.
Manage and adhere to a regular cadence of communication with prospective accounts to achieve monthly metrics for growth.
Communicate effectively over the phone and in writing within the context of a highly professional consultative sales environment.
Document and track all prospects, leads, and activity history in a timely, complete, and consistent manner using CRM system.
Collaborate with sales team members on tactics to achieve business and growth objectives.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Software industry experience preferred
