We are currently seeking a short- term Mail Room/Office Clerk for a temporary position in the Teaneck, NJ area. This position will report to the Facilities Coordinator and will be responsible for the following:
- Sorting incoming mail
- Picking up mail 3 times per day from each department
- Answering occasional emails
- Operating Pitney Bowes postage machine
- Utilizing a mail tracking system
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirement for the role:
--Must have prior experience in a Mail Room or in a professional office environment
--Will have regular interaction with managers and executives - Professional demeanor is a MUST
--Ability to work independently
--Ability to read a floor plan and navigate through a corporate building
