Our client in Chula Vista is looking for an Office Assistant to be able assist them with general administrative duties for their second shift of 3:30pm to 12:00am.
The office assistant will be responsible for general administrative duties in the office including data entry, maintaining orders, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
This person must have:
-Data entry skills
-Great written and oral communication
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to work occasional weekends and possibly overtime
Being bilingual in English/Spanish is also a preference but it is not required.
