Briefing Center Coordinator
Due to the critical impact on our Partner Company's public image, this person will be an integral part of a high intensity team that ensures an extraordinary internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the engagement process. The Briefing Coordinator's primary responsibilities include event coordination and management; customer communication and marketing; sales and services administration and supporting the engagement process (information, briefing requests, engagement execution, engagement reporting, post briefing services, and post-briefing sales activities) in a timely manner. This position requires above average customer service skills. Responsibilities include meeting/greeting participants for customer functions, providing general administrative support to customers and staff as needed, managing briefing center desk operations at the Microsoft Technology Center, scheduling and coordinating meeting rooms, and ordering catering for meetings and events, ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and order is restored at end of the event.
??? Phones to be answered in a pleasant and efficient manner
??? Setup conference calls for the MTC Management and Team
??? CRM tool management.
??? Preparation, tracking and distribution of customer evaluations
??? Performs a variety of moderately complex administrative duties including inventory maintenance, typing, copying and distributing mail
??? Retrieve and verify information from a variety of sources
??? Maintain a standardized desk according to current guidelines
??? Maintain a neat work area
??? Ensure publications and signage are current in customer areas
??? Schedule conference/meeting rooms within established guidelines
??? Uses judgment in selecting and interpreting data; answers questions regarding group procedures and handles routine problems
??? Facilitate catering needs by placing orders with vendors and adhering to any budget set for function.
??? Organize and maintain files
??? Maintain inventory management (marketing inventory, office supplies)
??? Be prepared to compose routine correspondence and compile routine reports.
??? Build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
??? Support and facilitate Community Outreach events at the MTC
??? Understand organizational structure and requirements of customers residing in the building
??? Overtime as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Proficient in latest MS Office version
--Strong administrative skills (2 to 5 years)
