Randstad is currently accepting applications for an administrative assistant in the Cleveland, TN area. This is a temp to hire position that will involve direct contact with various customers. The hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some overtime occasionally required
The job duties include:
-Taking orders from customers via phone and email
-Quoting prices to customers
-General office duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Microsoft Office Suite
At least 5 years of customer service experience is required, call center experience is a plus! Computer aptitude and the ability to learn new software is required. Applicants must be willing to submit to client screenings such as a criminal background check and drug test. A resume is required to be considered for this position.
