Human Resources Service Center Analyst
Randstad is servicing a World-Class Leader in the healthcare industry who is seeking an HR Service Center Analyst in Alameda, CA. Below are some details of the position, duration of assignment and pay. You will be required to pass an assessment skills test before proceeding. This is a part time position. 40 hours a week will be scheduled during the training period and 20 hours scheduled thereafter.
You will process moderate to complex Human Resources transactions related to employee changes and new hire information within a single area of specialty. You will also act as a resource to Human Resources Representatives and other service center team members during open enrollment.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Is this you?
--Do you have at least 1 year HR Experience?
--Do you have data Entry experience?
--Are you knowledgeable in Federal/State Leave?
--Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a fast paced call center?
--Are you experienced in Lotus Notes?
--Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
