The Analyst, Internal Sales and Service will join an Inbound Contact Center Team that provides Life Insurance and Annuity sales and service solutions. The start date is July 24th, 2018 and August 14th, 2018. The pay is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and then $36,500 annually at permanent hire. There is strong potential for top performers to earn in excess of $57K within two years.The initial training period is 6 weeks from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Is knowledgeable of all products and can handle different types of inquiries. Analyzes and resolves issues and inquiries that require in-depth product and regulatory knowledge. Turns service inquiries into sales opportunities within own business segment and/or to support other - products by providing a sales lead. Educates customers in all aspects of contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations. Understands the firm restrictions and how they apply to the business. Can interpret and articulate our marketing pieces when speaking with customers.Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications preferred Experience: One year experience in customer service, sales related occupations. Skills/Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communications necessary in order to talk to producers/customers about product features and to help in the sales process.
