We are currently hiring for a customer service representative in the Hauppauge area. Experience in handling high call volume inbound calls is a must! The ideal candidate will be maintaining customer accounts, serving as their point of contact for ordering.
-Respond to various customer inquiries and complaints
-Process customer orders
-Working cross functionally with other departments to forecast customer orders
-Maintain updated calendar delivery dates for current & future orders
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Must be able to multitask
-Experience in handling high volume inbound calls
-Strong admin skills are a plus!
-Experience with inbound or outbound calling
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-Strong sense of urgency
This is a temp to hire position located in Hauppauge with a salary range of $14-16/hr.
