Accounting Clerk

We are currently looking for a part time Accounting clerk to join a marketing agency in Newtown, PA!!! This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants part time hours to start, with potential to grow into something more. This position also has a very flexible schedule and ability to determine your own schedule to start.
- Handle a few key accounts in assistance to the Administrative Manager.
- Interact with the accountants and business owners to ensure the information is accurate.
- Work with startup companies to manage their billing processes and data entry.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Must have experience with Quickbooks.
- Must have previous experience in data entry and/or billing.
- Experience with retail and wholesale companies preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Organized and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation
